EQ and Travel Manitoba - An Introduction Ambassador B – 11th Floor This session will provide the learner with a thorough understanding of the Explorer Quotient and how it can be applied to the participant’s experience offer. Participants will be led through the discovery and investigation of social and travel values, the basic building blocks of EQ. Based on this, participants will apply this knowledge to their own product and experience offer, determining their best EQ customer based on the nature and character of their product. Participants with develop a high level plan outlining product and promotion enhancements, inspired by the module. The content of this workshop is a prerequisite to enrolment in the next two modules. |

Marketing Experiences with EQ Ambassador H – 12th Floor This session will focus on helping participants assess and identify enhancements that can be made to their business’ marketing campaigns, based on a thorough understanding of the Explorer Quotient and the art of building experiences. Participants will understand how to use EQ to appropriately position their experience in terms of promotions, pricing and creative development to increase their effectiveness in reaching and influencing target markets. |
